Intex Aqua Ace with 3GB RAM launched for Rs. 12,999


Intex  has launched Aqua Ace, the company’s first smartphone with 3GB of RAM. Finally we get to see Intex device with decent specs.

Intex Aqua Ace features 5-inch HD (1280 x 720 pixels) Super AMOLED display with Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protetcion. Inside there is an 1.3GHz quad-core MediaTek MT6735 64-bit processor with Mali T720 GPU, 3GB DDR3 RAM and 16GB inbuilt storage, further expandable via microSD card up to 128GB. 

There is a 13-megapixel camera on the back accomapnied by LED flash and 5-megapixel on the front side for clicking selfies. The dual-SIM phone supports 4G LTE, 3G HSPA+, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0 and GPS. A 2430mAh battery keeps the phone running that is said to deliver up to 6 hours of talk time and up to 300 hours of standby time.

It runs Android 5.1 Lollipop and offers features including Smart Wake and Smart Motion, that lets you access certain functions on the device without unlocking it and carry out other tasks without touching the screen. It also features
cast Screen and several camera modes like gesture capture, live photo mode, capture while recording, face detection, voice capture and more.


The device measures 145 x 71.5 x 6.7mm, weighs 121.5g and comes in Black and White colors with a Gold finish running around the edges.

The Intex Aqua Ace is priced at Rs. 12,999 and comes bundled with one-year free screen replacement warranty, a backpack, and a smart flip cover.
