LG launched the near-bezel less Q6 smartphone in India last month, reasonably priced at Rs. 14,999. Now it has launched Q6+, an upgraded version of Q6 with more RAM and storage.

While the Q6 offered 3GB RAM and 32GB of internal storage, the newly launched Q6+ comes with 4GB RAM and 64GB storage. It has been priced at Rs. 17,990 and is now available from offline stores across the country in Astro Black and Ice Platinum colors. LG is also offering one-time free screen replacement for the phone within six months of purchase.

As for the other specs, the LG Q6+ features 5.5-inch Full HD+ FullVision display with 18:9 aspect ratio, octa-core Snapdragon 435 processor, 13MP rear camera w/ LED flash, 5MP 100-degree wide angle selfie shooter (w/ face recognition function), 4G VoLTE and 3000mAh battery. It runs Android 7.1.1 Nougat and has dedicated slots for dual-SIM and microSD card.

Design-wise, it sports bezel-free front, plastic body with rounded corners, but has 7000 series aluminum frame to make it more sturdy. Also the phone's case is MIL-STD 810G certified for extra durability, which means it will be able to with stand extreme temperatures, rain, humidity, sand and dust. Unfortunately, there's no fingerprint scanner.
