Samsung India cuts Galaxy S8 & S8+ price ahead of Navratras

Samsung has reduced the price of Galaxy S8 and Galaxy S8+ in India as part of Navratra Special offer. Both have received a price cut of Rs. 4,000, and now priced at Rs. 53,990 for the Galaxy S8 and Rs. 60,990 for the Galaxy S8+. There’s also an additional Rs 4,000 cashback for HDFC card users.

The 6GB RAM and 128GB storage version of Galaxy S8+ price has also been reduced. Just last month it received a price cut of Rs. 5,000, bringing down the price from Rs. 70,990 to Rs. 65,990. Now it has received another Rs. 1000 price cut, bringing down the price to Rs. 64,990. The HDFC Bank Rs. 4,000 cashback also applies here.

While the price drop comes as part of the Navratra offer, it is likely to be permanent. However, the revised pricing is yet to be reflected on Samsung India eStore.

The price cut on Galaxy S8 line comes ahead of the festive season, and also ahead of the Galaxy Note8 commercial release in India. The Note8 was launched in the country last week for Rs. 67,990, and is now up for pre-orders. Shipping begins September 21.
