Is Nokia Working On An Android Phone ?

It didn't take long for Nokia to comeback after being wiped out of the market after selling its mobile devices business to Microsoft. Last month Nokia made a comeback with the Nokia N1 Android tablet.
And now according to new rumors, it looks like Nokia is working on an Android smartphone as well. The device codenamed C1 runs Android OS based on 5.0 Z Launcher. In addition the Nokia C1 features a 5-inch screen, equipped with intel processor with 2GB RAM, 32GB internal storage, 8-megapixel rear camera and 5-megapixel front camera.
The image [from source site] is not of the rumoured Nokia C1. Its a concept phone image of Nokia 900 Meego Harmattan |
Can this be true ? There has been news before that Nokia still retains it's innovation team. With Microsoft and Nokia's agreement coming to play, Nokia might license the device under third party manufacturer. As for the images, it is not the design of the handset, they are concept images posted by nokia fans.
As nothing is confirmed yet, so take everything with a pinch of salt.
