Xiaomi Mi MIX gets a White paint job

Xiaomi has made its CES debut with the launch of the unique and futuristic looking bezel-less Mi MIX phablet in a new White color.

The phone was initially introduced in China back in October last year in Black color and boasts 91.3 percent screen-to-body ratio, for which it had to to some alterations on the front.

The Mi MIX sports a ceramic body and has no bezel on top which usually houses the earpiece, front camera and sensors on a standard smartphone. Instead for standard proximity and fingerprint sensors it has used ultrasonic technology (sensors are placed under the display), for ear piece it used Cantilever piezoelectric ceramic acoustic system, and made the camera sensor 50 percent smaller and moved to the bottom end of the screen.

Apart from the new paint job the design and hardware inside remains the same.
