Polar has announced a new fitness tracker called A370, and like the company's other wearable, it is capable for fitness tracking, heart rate monitoring and sleep tracking.
However as an upgrade over the previous A360, which only took heart rate readings during workouts, the new A370 can continuously monitor your heart rate day and night every five minutes, whether you're resting and exercising.
It also gets an advanced Polar Sleep Plus analytics, an intelligent sleep system with a smart algorithm that tracks the timing, amount and quality of your sleep with the 3D accelerometer. Furthermore, GPS via mobile enables you to track distance, speed and route when Polar A370 is connected to the Polar Flow app on your phone and you’re doing outdoor sports.
Polar says the "A370's continuous HR monitoring, coupled with Polar Sleep Plus insights, provides a 24/7 approach to fitness with actionable steps, whether you're running, lifting weights or home relaxing."
The wearable is waterproof and comes with a touchscreen display, that shows information like incoming notifications for incoming calls, messages, social media and calendar appointment. It comes with changeable wristbands, which are made of soft material and has a secure buckle. The wristbands are available in six colors and two sizes.
The Polar A370 is priced at $179, and is now available for pre-order from the company website. Shipping begins in June.

Finnish-based fitness wearable maker Polar has introduced its latest smartwatch called M430, aimed at runners. It is equipped with Polar’s proprietary 6-LEDs wrist-based heart rate technology and GPS and offers personalized adaptive training guidance as tools for runners to reach their personal best.
The Polar M430 is fully waterproof and sports a lightweight, breathable wristband, and offers vibration alerts to inform runners when they reach their goals during training. It can also track steps, distance, calories burned and sleep, as well as display notifications from your phone.
The smartwatch features Black-and-White display, 8MB flash memory and is backed by 240mAh battery, which promises up to eight hours of run time with GPS and optical heart rate on, up to 30 hours when using the low-powered GPS and up to 20 days of normal usage. It is compatible with devices running Android and iOS.
There's also a dedicated app called Polar Flow that provides personalized feedback, adaptive training plan and live guidance for athletes during various stages of their training sessions. It also comes with Polar's Running Program and Smart Coaching features.
The Polar M430 is priced at $229/€229 (Rs. 14,800) and starts shipping in May. It comes in Dark Grey, White and Orange colors.

Polar, a company that specializes in fitness devices has announced a new Android Wear smartwatch dubbed M600 which also functions as a fitness tracker.
The watch packs optical heart rate sensor that uses 6 LEDs to detect accurate heart rate. It also has a range of other sensors including accelerometer, gyroscrope and ambient light. It comes with in-built GPS for 24/7 tracking and can track activity, sleep, steps, distance traveled, calories and also provide inactivity alerts as well.
The Polar M600 feature 1.3-inch (240 x 240 pixels TFT display with Corning Gorilla Glass 3, 1.2GHz dual-core MediaTek MT2601 processor, 512MB RAM, 4GB internal storage and IPX8 rating making it waterproof. It also offers wireless music streaming, voice control, notification support and customizable watch faces.
It supports Bluetooth 4.1 and WiFi 802.11 b/g/n and works with smartphones running Android 4.3 or later or iOS 8.2 or later. It has two buttons, one for power and the other for quick training control. It offers two days of standard use and eight hours of work out on single charge.
The Polar M600 is priced at $329 or EUR 349 and will be available worldwide by end of Q3.

The daily activity and heart rate training data can be viewed on Polar Flow mobile app which provides in-depth analysis of daily, weekly and monthly activity. The app is available for iOS and Android devices.

(size: S) will be available in November in retail stores and online globally for $199.95 /

will be available soon after launch. Changeable wristbands in Powder

available in a variety of sizes and sold separately early next year.
