China based device manufacturer Onda has announced new Windows 10 laptop based on Apollo Lake called Xiaoma 21. It sports a compact design measuring 296 x 203 x 12 mm and weighs 1.08kg.
The Xiaoma 21 has 12.5-inch Full HD IPS display with very slim bezels and has Intel Celeron N3450 Apollo Lake processo, 4GB RAM and 64GB storage. There's also a removable flap at the bottom of the laptop to add SSD to expand storage up to 2TB.
The laptop includes a 2MP front camera, fingerprint scanner for Windows Hello, USB Type-C port, 2 x USB 3.0 ports, a micro HDMI port, microSD card reader, WiFi 802.11ac, Bluetooth, headset jack and stereo speakers. It packs a 38Wh battery which promises eight hours of normal usage.
The pricing and availability details are not known.

China based tablet maker Onda has launched oBook 11 Pro, a 2-in-1 tablet which looks like Microsoft's Surface Book clone, including the hinge design and docking mechanism.
The Onda oBook 11 Pro sports a 11.6 inch Full HD (1920 x 1080 pixels) IPS display and is equipped with Intel Skylake Core M3-6Y30 processor, 4GB RAM, 64GB SSD storage and runs Windows 10. It also supports an active stylus and includes HDMI and USB 3.0 ports.
The specs are quite decent for a mid-range 2-in-1 tablet, but design aside, the oBook 11 Pro is no Surface Book. For comparison, the Surface Book has a 13.5-inch 3000 x 2000 PixelSense display, much powerful Intel Core i5/i7 skylake processor, 8GB/16GB RAM, NVIDIA graphics and 128GB/256GB/512GB SSD.
Onda also announced the oBook 10 Plus, a smaller Surface Book styled
2-in-1 tablet. It has 10.1-inch 2560 x 1600 display, a
less powerful Intel Atom X5 Z8300 (Cherry Trail) processor, 4GB RAM and
64GB eMMC storage. This model supports dual-boot and active stylus.
The base model of Surface Book starts at $1,499, but with hardware like these, the Onda oBook 11 Pro and oBook 10 Plus are expected to be dirt cheap. The pricing and availability details are not known.

China brand Onda has launched a Intel mini PC in the form of Onda M2. The mini PC can easily fit in your home or office with its compact size and can be mounted on back of TV or monitor to be used as media streamer or editing documents.
The Onda M2 is equipped with an Intel quad-core J1900 processor with a turbo boost of 2.42GHz. It packs 4GB RAM and the graphics is handled by Intel HD Gen 7. It comes with 128GB solid state disk drive that is five times faster than the MMC offered in most mini PCs. There is no OS installed, so you will have to install and set up on your own.
Connectivity slots include a full sized HDMI port, a USB 3.0 port, two USB 2.0 ports, Ethernet, WiFi and a 3.5mm audio jack. All this is encased in an aluminum housing that measures 14 x 14 x 3 cm in size and weighs 520g.

Chinese tablet maker Onda has outed the Onda Wave oBook 11, a Windows 10 convertible notebook. The display can fold back 360 degrees allowing you to hold the notebook like a tablet.
Onda Wave oBook 11 features a 11.6-inch Full HD (1920 x 1080 pixels) IPS touch screen display and is equipped with Intel Atom x5 Cherry Trail processor with 2GB RAM and 32GB storage capacity.
It has a 2-megapixel camera, microSD card slot, HDMI port, two USB 3.0 ports and headphone jack. For wireless connectivity there is Bluetooth and WiFi. It is 0.6-inches thick and is fueled by 8000mAh battery, which offers up to 7 hours of battery life. There is also a dedicated charging port.
The Onda Wave oBook 11 is available for purchase from AliExpress for about $250. It is expected to go on sale for a promotional price of CNY 999 ($160) in China soon.
